Vinyl Clocks
After putting a blade attachment on my woodburning tool, I realized I could cut through old vinyls. So if you were lucky enough to be my friend in 2016, you got a custom vinyl clock of your favorite band. They took so much effort that I won’t be re-entering production anytime soon.

Royal Samoan Brewing Company
Royal Samoan Brewing Company is the stuff of legend. Only appearing at Santarsiero family parties and the occasional backyard BBQ, its production is completely up to the discretion of Head Brewer Eric Santarsiero’s inebriated inspiration and his parents’ kitchen availability.

Sina Sesh - Coconut IPA
This session IPA was filled to the bottle-cap with coconut flavor and became the first in our roster of island-inspired homebrews.
--
“In Samoan mythology, Sina and the Eel is the story of the first coconut tree. After stalking the beautiful Sina, the Eel’s head was removed and buried in the ground. From this burial site sprouted an enormous tree producing husky fruits that have 3 holes in them – much like the Eel’s face. So every time Sina would drink from the coconut, it was as if she were kissing the Eel.”
Session IPA w/ Coconut | 4.20% ABV
Holy Köwlsch - Pilsner-style Lager
Housemaster and father of the Head Brewer, Mark Santarsiero only turns 60 once. So, we brewed him a specialty Kölsch to ring in another year of lifting weights and making slightly-grey look damn good.
--
““Holy Cow” isn’t a phrase Mark Santarsiero just throws around. It’s for special occasions, just like this beer.”
60th Anniversary Kölsch | 4.9% ABV
